This is our version of one-on-one personal training, but better. Unlike traditional personal training that costs upwards of $150 per hour in NYC, Speakeasy of Strength makes personal training affordable. You also don't need to be locked into one trainer's limited schedule, AND you can afford to train more frequently to get better and faster results.

VIRTUAL CLASSES
Looking for all the amazing benefits of our in-person Group Classes but can't make it to the Clubhouse? Then Homebody is the place for you. Whether you're in the comfort of your own home, in the gym in your building, or traveling, our live-coached Homebody can be done from anywhere.
All you need is a space you can safely move around in and we do recommend having some equipment (kettlebells, dumbbells, and/or resistance bands) to get the biggest bang for your buck. Plus you'll be working out "alongside" people from all over the world.
